Gardening

The Gardening Committee brought Junior Infants gardening recently.  In keeping with our Olden Days theme, we prepared to plant potatoes.  First, we prepared the beds for planting by spreading seaweed on the beds.  This will help to warm the soil.  Then we prepared our potatoes for planting by chitting them.  We are really looking forward to planting our chitted potatoes and hope that we have a big crop soon.
